As all private practices are funded by the fees you pay, we set them at a level in order to provide an improving level of medical and surgical care for your pet. All fees are based on payments being made at the time of treatment or collection of your pet following operations.
Estimates can be provided before undertaking any treatment. We also strongly recommend that horses and pets should be insured. (see pet insurance)
Payments
These should be made wherever possible at the time of treatment so whenever you visit the surgery please bring along one of the following methods of payment. Cash, cheque, credit and debit cards.
There may be extra charges made for bills not being paid for at the time.
If you anticipate a problem with payment, please discuss this with a member of staff before the consultation. In certain cases we may be willing to consider payment by instalments.
If you are a senior citizen receiving a pension, please tell the receptionist who will adjust our computer records to include an automatic 10% discount on your veterinary fees.
