Please note that the out of hours service starts from 6:00pm through to 8:30am. Using the out of hours service number will transfer you to the vet or nurse on duty.

Operating this service requires us to employ staff, vets and nurses to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is inevitably more expensive so if your are not sure if you have a genuine emergency then we will be able to offer you advice.

We always recommend clients use an insurance policy which would cover your pet in such circumstances.
